General Catering Information

Payment	Credit cards, checks, cash, pre-approved billing. (Terms are net 15 days, invoiced at time of delivery.)

Delivery Hours	At the request of your needs. Early mornings to late evenings.

Ordering	We request that all orders be placed with enough advance notice to properly serve you. Usually by no later than 4:30 p.m. the day before. Large parties should place orders well in advance for assurance of time and food requested.

Delivery Fee	All delivery orders will have an additional $15.00 service charge for set-up and clean-up, where applicable. Weekend functions are contracted on an individual basis.

Disposable Ware	Prices shown include all plates, eating utensils, serving utensils, napkins, condiments. Cups and ice are provided when ordering beverages from us.

Minimums	We invite you to contact us for any catering service, but we do request orders for a minimum of 12 people.

Cancellations	All food items are made fresh daily. We therefore request all cancellations be made by no later than 5:00 PM the day before the order is to be delivered.
